Over the next month, in just minutes a day, you will learn three simple steps allowing you to find yourself in a world where little bothers you. And when it does (because yes, it will) you will have a toolbox of easy-to-use techniques that can take you from annoyed to at peace in literally seconds.

Below you will find a workbook that includes the entire course; I encourage you to print it out.
Here is what you need to know right now:
Each week includes a video, a reading, and a set of activities. Most people prefer to watch the video first (it will cue you to pause to complete the activities) and then do the reading. If the concepts are new to you, you may want to watch the video, do the reading, and then watch the video a second time, completing the activities on the second go-around. You will also set an alarm daily to remind you to practice the techniques you learned throughout your day for the week.
While this course was designed to take about a month, you can finish it in one sitting or spread it out over a period of months (and anything in between). What is important is that you take time to learn the concepts and practice the tools so that they become a part of how you live life. However, if you complete this course in an accelerated or drawn out manner, and are not getting the results you would like, please complete it as designed.
While the concepts are not complicated and the tools are easy to learn, this course is not a quick fix. Applying the information and practicing the techniques is what leads to results.
Let me repeat that: It’s not enough that you read the workbook and watch the videos. To become 'unbotherable' you need to complete the activities and put what you learn into ACTION for a period of time (and in the big scheme of things, one month really isn’t that long, is it?)
Some quick notes:
· No Judgment - Be aware of judgment and how it might appear while you are working through this course (and I’m not just talking about judging others, but judging yourself). When this happens, acknowledge it and do what you can to release it. You will learn ways to actively release judgment in Weeks 2-4.
· You can’t mess this up - Simply follow the instructions, do the activities and be amazed. Even if you don’t agree with every concept covered in this course, the activities will work. Yes, your beliefs will determine your experience, however, even if some of the concepts seem a bit far-fetched, if you do the activities, you will get results. This course will change your life as you learn how to take responsibility for and alter your reality.
Understanding, really understanding, that you are energy will profoundly change your life. For many, this is a new idea, but if you want to be 'unbotherable' you must master this concept.
In this section you will learn how to feel your energy, what impacts it, and how to take steps to protect it. Are you ready to have more energy? Because the activities this week will do just that - literally give you back energy that is yours!

In Step 3 things get really fun, because you get to play with your energy! We start with a basic, but profound method: Deep breathing.
When your alert goes off this week, you can choose to do one of the two deep breathing exercises OR, if you are an over-achiever, combine deep breathing with one of the questions from Step 2.
It might seem simple, but please spend time with these exercises; deep breathing has the power to change you from the inside out. Step-by-step instructions appear in the PDF.

This week we add two energy-shifting techniques that are amplified when you combine them with deep breathing.

Don’t be fooled.
You have to do the work and put all this great knowledge into PRACTICE to see the results.
One last thing: Life does have it’s ebbs and flows, so remember, when you do find yourself in a challenging situation and you feel bothered, recognize it, lose any judgment, smile at yourself, grab a tool from your toolbox, and do what you can to shift your vibration.
