I have taught well over 15, 000 bootcamps and have trained over 50 trainers at all levels. I am a certified Master Trainer in all the disciplines of spinning, Keiser, Reebok and Schwinn. I am a certified instructor in both personal and group training along with Speed and agility. I have a level II/III coaching and winner of "Coach of the Year" at the highschool level for several years.
My background in both Social science and Humanities augmented with well over 30 years in multi-social relationships. I have worked as an Open Custody Young Offender youth worker and presently retired Federal Parole officer. I have gained valuable experience in the area of human relations. I am a Cognitive skills /substance abuse facilitator, a Police Race relations awards winner, a former member of the Mayor's’ Race relations committee. A member of the NAEYC (National Association for Education of Young Children) a member of the National Association for Self Esteem.
