I've worked for the past 20 years as a Food Safety Advisor; auditing and training retail businesses in the UK and Europe. This has included everything from large outlets for international restaurant companies to small one-man operations.
I regularly train staff and managers in food safety and have developed a number of food safety courses.
Prior to becoming a Food Safety Advisor I successfully managed pubs and restaurants for eight years.
I am educated to degree level in business management.
I live in the Midlands with my wife and young daughter and my hobbies include cooking, DIY and keeping fit.
