Teacher Training? What and Why? How to make it effective? It is like training of trainers in particular. Importance of Teacher Training and what and why about making it a delightful affair for the teachers in reality. The module covers the priorities towards making the Teachers' best of time and preparedness through notions of active learning, reflective learning and making them best of street smart nature by imparting them the preparedness of technological adoption as a priority. What is rightly covered is the narration and involvement of the teachers for teacher training as a module and refers to the policies, procedures, and provision designed to equip the in job or going to be  teachers with the knowledge, attitudes, behaviors, and skills they would or already require to perform their tasks effectively in the classroom, school, and wider community making the learning experience of the students a wow spectrum as a priority.
