A note about the trainer, Peter Willis
I've trained, coached and been a psychotherapist to individuals in a career spanning 30 years. And I specialise in helping people overcome crippling self doubt to become more self aware and self compassionate, and to build their self worth, their self esteem, so they can go into any situation with greater self confidence.
In addition to my coaching qualifications, I'm also a trained integrative psychotherapist. In my work, I draw on person-centred therapy, positive psychology, gestalt coaching, existential coaching, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and Jungian therapy.
