How to become a great leader?

Download the PDF and get clarity on your vision, the idea that you have or are passionate about and what are the measure you need to take in order to achieve them.

Take your time. dont rush, you can have 3 to 5 prints of this PDF and write your vision 3 days in a row to see the changes or thoughts you have from one day to another. If you are confident that you got clarity on your vision you can stop doing this exercise.

You can practice this every few months to see the progress. The ideas or vision we have might change depending on our passion.

Its important that we learn the art of giving and this needs to be authentic, just pretending to give will not take you a long way. This will sooner or later prove that you are not a great leader. So be compassionate and contribute wherever you can in whichever ways, so people can follow you.

Do the (PDF) exercise multiple times. Our contributions can change from time to time, depending on the needs or requirement or circumstances, so have a few copy handy and note down how, when and where can you contribute as a leader.

Leaders are constantly learning and growing. They not only invest in themselves but they also invest in their teams.

If you want to grow as a leader then find a mentor or a course which will upgrade you and your knowledge as a leader or read books so you stay updated within your industry.

Leader plan well so they can stay focused and achieve their goals faster. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail is true in most of the cases.

Download the PDF and plan your week so you can lead by example. Also give it to your team so they can plan the most important tasks of the week and achieve results.

Leaders are passionate about their vision, idea, creativity or cause. They never give up.

They take failures as stepping stone and always learn from their failures to refine and move ahead with more clarity which brings great leaders, great success. Leaders don't have it easy but they know how to work around difficulties and this is due to their passion which makes them not give up.

If you are not passionate about your idea there is no way you will get success.

Leaders do not have ego. They serve without any ego, if one has any ego and becomes a leader he/she will not have true followers.  People might follow or listen to those leader due to power but that doesn't make them great leader.

Great leaders don't use power and are ego-less that's how they have lot of followers.

If you wish to become a great leader you have to make sure that you let your ego go. We all have ego in one way or the other but with training and implementation this quality can be refined.

Attitude plays a major role in any leaders life. Leader's become great with their positive attitude. This not only helps them grow but it also helps people around them stay happy and positive as well.

Leaders know how to tackle any situation positively. Any one can learn the art of being positive in all the aspects of life, its not impossible, its definitely achievable if you wish to become a great leader.

Practice being positive on a regular basis and see the changes within you and around you.

Disciple is important to stay focused and productive. If you follow a routine which uplifts your inner power that will eventually help you in defining your outer world. If you know that you are lacking in discipline then you will have to work on refining this quality of yours.

Start with one thing at a time. You will actually become what you say to yourself over and over again.

Get ready and adapt good habits so it can take you to greater heights of becoming a great leader.
