Here is music promoting trance, it is composed of an assembly of sound, music, with different rhythms, alternating between fast and slow, embellished with superimpositions of sounds, particular frequencies, a lot of percussions to ensure that we switch to a light trance (brain waves Alpha waves: from 8 to 13 Hz) then gradually to a deeper trance (Theta waves: from 4 to 7 Hz then possibly Delta waves: from 0.5 to 4 Hz) in order to start an inner journey. This music accompanied by the techniques of exiting the body and/or hyperventilation can constitute springboards to access forms of modified states of consciousness. Either way, each trip is unique, as ancestral Taoist wisdom reminds us: "You never donate twice in the same river because the water changes as well as the individual." A word to the wise...
