Spiritual awakening holds the key to solving humanity's problems by shifting our perspective from separation to unity. When we awaken, we realize that we are all interconnected, and the boundaries that divide us are merely illusions. This awareness leads us to naturally care for each other, as we see the other as an extension of ourselves. Love becomes the driving force in our interactions, overpowering fear and conflict. In this state of awakening, the petty issues that once consumed us start to fade away, revealing a deeper understanding of our shared humanity.
At the core of spiritual awakening is the recognition that our true essence is not limited to our physical bodies or our thoughts. We are the awareness that witnesses our thoughts, the consciousness that transcends the limitations of the ego. By disidentifying from the constant chatter of the mind, we tap into our soul's wisdom and see beyond the surface-level struggles. This shift in perspective allows us to experience life from a place of inner peace and clarity, knowing that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. It is this profound understanding that guides us to choose love over fear and compassion over competition.
When we operate from the level of the soul, we understand the interconnectedness of all beings and the power of collective love. Souls do not harbor hate or fear; instead, they radiate love and kindness unconditionally. In this state of higher consciousness, the idea of competition dissipates, and the focus shifts to collaboration and co-creation.
Awakened souls recognize that we are all here to support each other on our individual journeys, and by uplifting others, we ultimately uplift ourselves. By embracing the principles of love, unity, and creation, we pave the way for a harmonious existence where each being thrives in a collective tapestry of interconnected souls.
Understanding the concept of the true self is fundamental in the journey of spiritual awakening.
Our true self is our inner being, our soul, which is interconnected with every other soul and the source of all creation. It is the essence of who we are beyond our physical form. When we align ourselves with our true self, we experience inner peace, joy, and fulfillment. This alignment opens the door to deep healing and gives us the ability to create and manifest our desires in the physical world. By recognizing that we are souls having a human experience, we can detach from the limitations of the ego and connect with our higher purpose.
On the other hand, the ego is a construct formed by our personality, thoughts, beliefs, and the story we tell ourselves. It is the part of us that creates separation, fear, and attachment to the material world. When we identify too strongly with the ego, we may experience suffering, conflict, and a sense of disconnection from our true nature. By acknowledging that we are not our minds or personalities but rather souls experiencing life through them, we can transcend the ego’s grip and live more consciously. Recognizing the ego allows us to observe its patterns and choose to let our true selves guide our thoughts, words, and actions.
By letting the larger part of us – our soul – lead, we can navigate life with a deeper sense of clarity, purpose, and authenticity. This shift in perspective empowers us to make choices that are in alignment with our highest good and the greater good of all. As we continue to cultivate this awareness and connection to our true selves, we begin to experience a profound transformation in how we perceive ourselves and the world around us.
Embracing the truth that we are spiritual beings having a human experience opens the door to a life filled with love, compassion, and harmony.
It is through this realization that we can awaken to our true essence and live a more meaningful and fulfilling existence.
Meditation is often seen as the most powerful tool for deepening your spiritual connection and discovering the true self.
When we meditate, it's not about quieting the mind, but rather about witnessing the separation between the mind and the self. In the space between thoughts and breaths, we can experience a sense of oneness and connection to the universe. It is in this space that healing can be found, conscious living can be guided, and our frequency can be raised to align with higher vibrations.
A dedicated meditation practice is highly suggested for those on the spiritual path, as it allows for a deeper exploration of the self and connection to the divine. Patience is key when embarking on this journey, as real transformation and spiritual growth take time to unfold. By consistently showing up on the meditation cushion or in the sacred space you have created for practice, you can begin to uncover layers of conditioning and false beliefs that have clouded your true essence.
Through meditation, we learn to listen to the whispers of our soul, to connect with our inner guidance, and to cultivate a sense of inner peace that transcends external circumstances.
The practice of meditation not only benefits the individual but can also ripple out into the collective consciousness, contributing to a more loving and harmonious world.
As we deepen our meditation practice, we open ourselves up to profound insights, spiritual awakenings, and a greater sense of interconnectedness with all beings and the universe at large.
Begin by finding a mirror where you can comfortably spend at least 10 minutes in quiet reflection.
Choose one eye to focus on and allow yourself to look deeply into it.
As you gaze past the external features like wrinkles, lines, and colors, you'll start to sense a deeper connection. The eyes truly reveal a gateway to the soul.
As you continue to gaze into your eye, you will eventually notice a shift in your awareness.
A deep sense of unconditional love and acceptance begins to emerge, creating a powerful connection between your human self and your true essence. The moment you connect with your soul through your eyes, a sense of peace and clarity can wash over you, bringing about a shift in perspective and a newfound sense of self-compassion.
When you discover that sweet spot where your soul gazes back at you, everything changes.
This connection can be a catalyst for personal growth, healing, forgiveness, and spiritual awakening.
By looking into your own eyes, you can connect with your soul and experience the beauty of your own being.
Connecting with nature and the elements is a powerful way to awaken spiritually and deepen our connection to the world around us.
Nature, in its purest form, vibrates at a high frequency that can elevate our own energy levels. When we approach nature with presence and mindfulness, we open ourselves up to experiencing a connection with the Earth and all its inhabitants. By immersing ourselves in the beauty and tranquility of natural surroundings, we can tap into the wisdom and healing energy that Mother Earth generously offers.
The four elements - air, earth, fire, and water - are not just physical components of the world; they are integral aspects of our own existence. Each element plays a unique role in sustaining life and influencing our personal energies. Air symbolizes communication, intellect, and thought; earth represents stability, grounding, and growth; fire embodies passion, transformation, and creativity; water signifies emotions, intuition, and healing. By acknowledging and respecting the power of these elements within ourselves, we can learn valuable lessons about balance, harmony, and interconnectedness.
For example, when we spend time near the ocean, we may feel a sense of calm and renewal wash over us as we align with the rhythmic flow of the tides. Similarly, sitting by a crackling fire can evoke feelings of warmth, inspiration, and empowerment. Hiking in the mountains can reconnect us to our inner strength and resilience, while breathing in the fresh air of a forest can clear our minds and invigorate our spirits.
By consciously engaging with the elements in our daily lives, we open ourselves up to a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us, leading to a more profound spiritual awakening.
Mindfulness is a foundational practice in the journey towards spiritual awakening.
It involves bringing your full attention to the present moment, allowing you to observe your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment. By cultivating a state of openness, acceptance, and curiosity, you create space to explore the inner workings of your mind and connect more deeply with yourself. This practice enables you to develop greater awareness of the present moment and cultivate a sense of clarity and peace within yourself.
Presence is another key aspect of spiritual awakening, involving a deep sense of engagement with the current moment. When you are truly present, you let go of distractions and immerse yourself fully in the experiences unfolding around you. This state of authenticity and connection allows you to experience life more fully and meaningfully. By embracing presence, you can deepen your spiritual journey and forge a stronger connection with the world around you, leading to a deep sense of gratitude and fulfillment.
By integrating mindfulness and presence into your daily life, you can enhance your spiritual awakening and experience a deeper sense of peace and meaning.
When you practice being fully present and engage with mindfulness in all aspects of your life, you open yourself up to insights and wisdom.
Discover the fullness of the present moment.
Let go of thoughts and distractions, and feel openness and curiosity, enriching your spiritual path and a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
Journaling can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and self-reflection.
By taking the time to write down your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, you can gain insight into your true self versus your personality.
Your true self is the essence of who you are, beyond societal expectations and conditioning. On the other hand, your personality is the mask you wear to navigate the world. By exploring journal prompts that delve into these concepts, you can uncover aspects of yourself that may have been hidden or suppressed. This process allows you to better understand the authentic merging of your true self and personality, leading to a more integrated and fulfilling life experience.
Fear is a potent force that can hold us back from living up to our full potential. In order to truly awaken spiritually, it is essential to identify and release these fears. Journaling can help bring these fears to the surface, allowing you to confront and overcome them. By shining a light on your fears through writing, you can begin the process of letting go and moving forward with courage and confidence. This practice of self-inquiry and introspection can lead to a greater sense of freedom and empowerment as you shed the layers of fear that have been hindering your growth.
Uncovering your values, passions, dreams, and aspirations is key to living a more authentic and fulfilling life. Through journaling exercises that explore what brings you joy and what you truly desire, you can gain clarity on your purpose and direction. Letting go of the limiting beliefs and stories of the personality opens up space for you to step into your true power and potential. As you align with your values and aspirations, you can experience a deeper sense of peace, surrender, trust, and faith in the journey of life.
This inner alignment paves the way for a more enriching experience of existence.
Gratitude is a powerful tool for enhancing our spiritual connection.
When we cultivate gratitude, we raise our frequency to its highest level. This elevated state allows us to attract more positive energy into our lives, creating a cycle of abundance and joy. By focusing on the things we are grateful for, we shift our perspective to see the beauty and opportunities that surround us. For example, instead of lamenting what we lack, we appreciate what we have and open ourselves up to receiving more blessings.
One practical way to incorporate gratitude into our daily lives is by starting a gratitude journal. This simple practice involves writing down things we are thankful for each day, whether big or small. By regularly acknowledging and recording our blessings, we train our minds to focus on the positive aspects of life.
Try going to bed at night while counting our blessings as if everything you failed to acknowledge simply vanished by morning. This exercise challenges us to recognize the abundance in our lives and shifts our perspective from scarcity to abundance.
When we consciously acknowledge our blessings, big or small, we cultivate a sense of appreciation for what we have rather than longing for what we lack. This shift in mindset can lead to a greater sense of overall well-being and happiness. By recognizing the abundance in our lives, we invite more positivity and joy into our daily experiences. Gratitude acts as a magnet, attracting more reasons to be thankful and enhancing our overall outlook on life. It allows us to see the beauty in simple moments and find joy in the ordinary, transforming the way we navigate the world.
Practicing gratitude is not about denying challenges or hardships but about choosing to focus on the good alongside the difficulties. It is a mindset that can be developed through simple daily practices, such as keeping a gratitude journal or expressing thanks to others. By making gratitude a habit, we invite peace and fulfillment into our lives, even amidst chaos or uncertainty.
By embracing gratitude as a foundational practice for our spiritual awakening, we align ourselves with the flow of the universe's abundance. When we believe in the inherent goodness of the world and our interconnectedness with all beings, we invite more blessings into our lives. This positive energy radiates outwards, uplifting not only ourselves but also those around us.
As we continue to nurture a spirit of gratitude, we discover that there is always something to be thankful for, no matter the circumstances.
Embracing vulnerability is an aspect of spiritual awakening that allows us to connect more deeply with ourselves and others.
When we embrace our vulnerabilities, we are showing up authentically, without masks or pretenses. This level of authenticity fosters genuine connections with those around us, as it opens the door for others to do the same. By being vulnerable, we create space for trust, compassion, and understanding to flourish in our relationships. This emotional openness not only strengthens our connections but also leads to a greater sense of inner peace and acceptance.
Shadow work involves exploring the hidden aspects of ourselves that we may have repressed or denied. These shadows represent the parts of ourselves that we deem undesirable or unworthy of acknowledgment. By shining light on these shadows and bringing them to the surface, we can begin the process of healing and transformation. Through shadow work, we confront our fears, insecurities, and past traumas, allowing us to release their hold on us and move towards wholeness. This journey of self-discovery is often challenging but is essential for personal growth and spiritual development.
Integrating our shadows is a powerful step towards self-empowerment and wholeness. When we acknowledge and embrace all aspects of ourselves, including the shadowy parts, we become more integrated and balanced individuals. By accepting our light and dark sides, we can harness our full potential and use it for positive transformation in our lives and the world. This integration allows us to step into our power authentically, without being held back by internal conflicts or self-limiting beliefs.
Embracing both our light and shadow sides leads to a greater sense of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and ultimately, self-love.
You have to do the work for it to work!
It only works if you do the work!
We are not isolated individuals but rather integral parts of a collective consciousness.
When we understand this interconnectedness, we realize that our actions and thoughts have ripple effects that extend far beyond ourselves. This awareness can lead to a greater desire of responsibility towards each other and the planet as a whole.
Seeing ourselves as waves in the vast ocean of existence, we come to recognize that while we have unique identities and expressions, we are fundamentally connected at a deeper level. Just like waves are not separate from the ocean, we are not separate from each other. This realization can transform how we relate to one another, creating compassion, empathy, and a sense of unity. Competition and comparison fade away when we acknowledge that we are all in this together, navigating the currents of life as interconnected beings.
By including the other as the self, we shift our perspective from individualism to interconnectedness. When we treat others as extensions of ourselves, our relationships deepen, and conflicts diminish. The world around us transforms as we start to see everyone and everything as part of the same whole. This shift in consciousness not only enhances our connections with others but also nurtures a sense of harmony, peace, and understanding within ourselves and our communities.
Imagine looking at the night sky filled with stars, feeling a sense of wonder and awe at the vastness of the universe. In that moment, it becomes clear that we are all part of something much bigger than ourselves. This exercise of stargazing can serve as a powerful reminder of our interconnectedness with all living beings and the world around us. When we pause to contemplate the universe, we begin to see that we are not separate entities but rather integral parts of a cosmic web of life.
Another way to ponder our connectedness is through the practice of mindfulness. By being fully present in the moment, we can experience a deep sense of unity with everything around us. Whether we are observing the beauty of nature, engaging in a conversation with a friend, or simply breathing in and out, mindfulness allows us to recognize the interconnectedness of all things. This heightened awareness helps us cultivate a sense of compassion and empathy towards others, knowing that we are all united in our shared humanity.
The boundaries we perceive between ourselves and the world are merely illusions. In truth, we are all part of the same intricate tapestry of existence, each thread essential to the whole.
When we become aware of our interconnected nature, we know that we are never truly alone.
This realization can inspire us to approach life with a greater sense of gratitude, compassion, and unity, creating a more loving experience within ourselves and with the world around us.
One of the most fascinating subjects in the realm of spirituality is the relationship between quantum physics and consciousness. Quantum physics, the study of the smallest particles that make up our universe, has shown that the act of observation directly affects the behaviour of these particles. Our thoughts and consciousness have a direct impact on the world around us.
Exploring this connection can provide insight into the nature of reality and our place within it. By understanding the principles of quantum physics and how they relate to our conscious experience, we can tap into a deeper level of awareness and potential.
As we awaken spiritually, we realize that we are not just passive bystanders in the creation of our reality. Instead, we become conscious manifesters, actively shaping our experiences through our thoughts, beliefs, and intentions. This shift in perspective is important, as it empowers us to break free from unconscious patterns and programming that may have been limiting us. Instead of being victims of circumstance, we step into our role as co-creators of our reality, using the science of conscious creation to manifest a life that aligns with our highest potential.
By delving into the science of conscious creation, we gain a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of all things. We see that the separation between mind and matter is not as clear-cut as we once thought, and that our consciousness has the power to influence the physical world in ways we are only beginning to comprehend.
This awareness opens up new possibilities for personal growth, healing, and transformation. It invites us to explore the limitless potential of our own consciousness and to fully step into the role we play in co-creating the world we live in.
It only works if you do the work!
When we begin to understand the illusion of separation, we start to recognize that the perceived boundaries between ourselves and the world around us are not as solid as they may seem. We come to realize that our individuality is an illusion, and that in reality, we are deeply interconnected with everything around us.
In this reality, you are not just a mere spectator watching life unfold; instead, you are the actors, the director, the stage, and the theatre itself.
It is essential to acknowledge that we do not experience anything outside of ourselves. Every sensation, emotion, and perception is filtered through our senses and nervous system. Our entire experience of life is constructed within our consciousness, making our subjective reality the only true reality we know.
In contemplating the idea that we cannot prove the existence of an external reality beyond our subjective experience, we confront the concept that there may not actually be an "other" apart from ourselves. This realization challenges traditional notions of separation and encourages us to explore the depths of our interconnectedness with all things.
Recognizing this interconnectedness means we must take 100% responsibility for our experience of reality since we are the ones projecting it. By understanding that we can only change ourselves, we see how personal transformation impacts the whole world. When we shift our inner landscape, it reflects outwardly, influencing change and healing in the collective consciousness, creating a more harmonious existence.
Our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs shape our reality.
The way we perceive the world around us, the beliefs we hold about ourselves and others, and the thoughts that dominate our minds and feelings in our hearts all contribute to the experiences we attract into our lives.
Negative thoughts and beliefs create a cycle of attracting negativity, while positive thoughts and beliefs bring about positive experiences.
By becoming aware of our patterns and actively working to shift them towards positivity and gratitude, we can transform our reality and attract improved health, wealth, and love into our lives.
Healing and clearing negative energy, thoughts, wounds, resentments, and traumas is essential in changing our subconscious and conscious programming.
Past experiences and traumas create blocks in our energy field, preventing us from fully stepping into our power and attracting the things we desire. By releasing these negative energies and working through our wounds, we can create space for positivity to flow into our lives. This process requires self-reflection, forgiveness, and a willingness to let go of the past in order to create a brighter future.
It is important to set a firm resolve to actively participate in creating our reality.
Instead of passively letting life happen to us, we can take control of our thoughts, beliefs, and actions to intentionally manifest the life we desire.
By practicing gratitude, visualization, affirmations, and other tools for manifestation, we can align ourselves with the frequency of abundance and attract the health, wealth, and love that we seek.
Through conscious creation, we can empower ourselves to shape our reality in alignment with our highest good.

Embarking on a spiritual awakening journey can bring about a range of symptoms across different aspects of your being. Physically, you may experience changes like heightened sensitivity to light and sound, fluctuations in energy levels, or even physical aches and pains as your body adjusts to new energies. Emotionally, you might find yourself feeling more sensitive, experiencing mood swings, or having intense emotional releases as buried feelings come to the surface. Mentally, you could notice an increase in intuition, vivid dreams, or a shift in perception towards a more holistic view of the world. Spiritually, you may feel a deep yearning for connection, a sense of unity with all beings, or a heightened awareness of synchronicities and signs from the universe.
Alongside these symptoms, individuals undergoing spiritual awakening may also face various challenges. Feeling disconnected from the people and environment around you is common as you may start to outgrow old relationships and ways of being. The fear of the unknown can be overwhelming at times, as you navigate uncharted territories within yourself and in the world. Letting go of old beliefs and patterns that no longer serve your growth can be particularly challenging, as it requires facing your fears, stepping into the unknown, and embracing uncertainty with trust and surrender.
During this transformative process, self-care is of utmost importance. Taking the time to nurture your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being can support you in integrating the changes happening within you. Seeking support from like-minded individuals, spiritual teachers, or therapists can provide guidance and a sense of community during times of confusion and isolation. Trusting the process, even when it feels challenging or chaotic, allows you to surrender to the flow of life and the wisdom of your higher self, knowing that you are exactly where you need to be on your spiritual journey.
After experiencing a spiritual awakening, coping with life changes and shifting relationships can be a significant challenge.
Everything in our lives comes up for review as we undergo this transformation. Our perspectives shift, and we start vibrating at a different frequency, causing changes in our external environment. Relationships that no longer serve our growth may fall away, jobs that once seemed fulfilling may become mundane or lead to unexpected endings. Divorce, moving homes, changing cities or countries, and losing interest in previous hobbies and passions are common experiences during this process. It can be a daunting and scary time as we navigate through the unknown.
As we become more authentic and aligned with our true selves, the outer reflections of our lives begin to shift to match the new inner reality. This can mean letting go of people, jobs, homes, and things that no longer resonate with our higher selves. While this shedding process can be painful and disorienting, it is essential for our growth and evolution. It is a journey of releasing the old to make space for the new, embracing new experiences, challenges, and levels of healing that align with our newfound authenticity.
Despite feeling uncertain, alone, and scared, this period of upheaval is ultimately paving the way for a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life.
During this transformative phase, practice self-compassion, patience, and trust in the process.
It is okay to feel lost and vulnerable as we navigate through unfamiliar terrain.
Seeking support from like-minded individuals, spiritual communities, or professional guidance can provide solace and guidance during challenging times.
Remember that this period of transition is temporary and necessary for your spiritual growth. Embrace the changes, allow yourself to evolve, and trust that new opportunities and blessings will unfold as you continue on your awakening journey.
In the journey of spiritual awakening, the concept of duality plays an important role.
Duality refers to the idea that opposites coexist in the world, such as light and darkness, good and bad, joy and sorrow. It teaches us that life is a balance of these contrasting forces and that we cannot fully appreciate one without the other. When we resist or deny the darker aspects of our nature, we may experience internal conflicts and struggles. It is essential to acknowledge that both light and darkness exist within us and in the world around us, and by accepting this truth, but rising above duality and staying centered in our higher selves and on higher truth, we can find harmony, acceptance, peace, and balance in our lives.
Depression often arises when we disconnect from the universe, our divine essence, or higher self. When we separate ourselves from our souls, we lose touch with our true nature and create inner turmoil.
Remember, you are not your thoughts. Thoughts are transient and ever-changing, influenced by various external and internal factors. By recognizing that you are separate from your thoughts, you can observe them without attachment or judgment. This awareness allows you to cultivate a sense of inner peace and detachment from the fluctuations of the mind.
When you remember that you are the observer of your thoughts rather than the thoughts themselves, you can free yourself from their grip and connect more deeply with your true essence.
Embracing this shift in perspective can lead to greater spiritual awakening, and liberation from suffering.
It only works if you do the work!

Integration and application of spiritual awakenings are essential aspects of personal growth and development.
It involves aligning our inner beliefs with our outward behaviours, ensuring that our values and actions are in sync. Mindful practices such as meditation and journaling can greatly aid in this integration process. For example, through meditation, we can delve deep into our subconscious mind, identify limiting beliefs, and work on replacing them with empowering ones. Journaling, on the other hand, provides a tangible outlet for self-reflection and expression, allowing us to track our progress and insights along the spiritual journey.
Application of spiritual insights in our daily interactions is another significant step towards spiritual awakening. When we consciously apply the lessons we learn from our spiritual practices in our relationships and communication with others, we create more meaningful connections. For instance, if we have gained insights about compassion and empathy through our spiritual practices, we can practice being more understanding and kind towards others in our interactions. This, in turn, not only benefits the people around us but also deepens our own spiritual growth and understanding.
It's important to understand that the process of spiritual awakening is not linear but rather akin to a spiral. We learn and heal in layers, experiencing ebbs and flows along the way. Staying present and mindful, consistently redirecting our focus, and dedicating ourselves to remembering to keep the connection with our spiritual self strong are all key components of this journey.
Be gentle with yourself throughout this process, acknowledging that growth takes time and patience, and each step forward, not matter how small, is a significant achievement on the path to spiritual awakening.
One of the key aspects of being spiritually awake is tapping into our inner wisdom.
This innate wisdom resides within each of us and serves as a guiding force on our journey towards self-discovery and enlightenment. By quieting the incessant chatter of the mind and learning to listen to our intuition, we can access a higher level of consciousness that transcends mere rational thinking. This inner knowing speaks to us in subtle ways, offering insights, guidance, and revelations that help us navigate life's challenges with grace and clarity. When we trust in our intuitive abilities, we align with our soul's purpose and walk a path that is in harmony with our deepest desires and aspirations.
Being spiritually awake enables us to see beyond the surface level of reality and connect with the deeper spiritual energies that permeate the cosmos. This heightened awareness allows us to recognize the eternal nature of our soul and understand that our existence extends far beyond our physical lifespan. By tuning into the divine intelligence that orchestrates the universe, we can surrender to the flow of life and trust in the grand plan that unfolds with perfect timing and synchronicity.
Embracing our spiritual awakening empowers us to live with a sense of purpose, meaning, gratitude, and reverence for the interconnected web of life that unites us all.
Committing to a daily spiritual practice is essential for maintaining spiritual awakening.
By setting aside time each day to connect with your inner self, higher power, or source of spirituality, you are nurturing a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. Whether it's through meditation, prayer, journaling, or other practices, daily rituals can help ground you in the present moment, cultivate mindfulness, and hold peace and clarity amidst life's challenges.
Remaining open to learning from others is another key aspect of spiritual awakening. Recognize that wisdom can come from various sources, including books, podcasts, workshops, and interactions with other spiritual seekers. By staying receptive to different perspectives and experiences, you can broaden your understanding of spirituality and continue to evolve on your spiritual journey. Remember, growth often happens outside of your comfort zone, so be willing to explore new ideas and embrace unfamiliar teachings.
Seeking out teachers, mentors, and spiritual guides can provide invaluable support and guidance on your path to spiritual awakening. These individuals can offer insights, techniques, and wisdom that can deepen your practice and help navigate challenges along the way. Remember that interactions with everyone and everything can be a teacher and spiritual mentor, if you're paying enough attention.
Stay humble, open, curious, and be willing to learn from those who have walked the path before you.
