This course will give you the tools to be good at any sport. In this course you will learn how to make yourself faster, quicker, stronger, and more agile. You will also learn strategies to avoid injuries. And perhaps most importantly, you will learn sports psychology that will help you cope with being nervous, intimidated, and will help you understand how to be more comfortable and relaxed while playing, which will get you maximum results.

This course is taught by Joey Zanca and Alex Genadinik. Joey has been playing sports all his life. He is a personal trainer who trains MMA fighters. He is a competitive wrestler, and a former college football and baseball player. Alex is a former semi-professional soccer player and has also played sports all his life.
