Description

This course is designed for all aspiring coaches.  If you manage and lead others, work in an organisation that's creating a coaching culture, are looking to start your own coaching consultancy or find yourself coaching already but have identified areas for personal growth and wish to enhance your existing skills - this course will support you.  Everything explored is based upon real life experience.  What's covered here is what I'd typically deliver when I work with large corporates in supporting them to develop their management population to become great coaches and better leaders.  An extensive range of subjects are covered from identifying ones own beliefs, motivations and biases (that may go some way in clouding ones impartiality when coaching) to the introduction of the GROW model and other tools that can aid in challenging mindsets and push past limiting beliefs.  Embarking on the journey of coach isn't always an easy one and there'll be times when you're challenged to work with people who don't want to be coached, are resistant to feedback, prone to self-sabotage or lack self-discipline all of which can be hugely problematic to handle but if you're someone who genuinely wants to support others in making a difference for themselves...I'll be sharing how to work through these situations, challenge your coachee to think differently, create a strategy for change and take action.
