Preparing for interviews can be a daunting task. Besides having anxiety, many candidates are not quite sure on what are the necessary preparations that they need to have before going for a job interview. In this course, learn step by step on what you need to be prepared with before going for a job interview. These tips and exercises and based on my years of experience conducting mock interview for fresh graduates and training them to prepare for employment.

Instructor
Shadaitul Intan has more than 24 years working experience in both the corporate and business sector. Her experience includes banking, telecommunication, sales and training consultancy industry. She has since been involved with NLP-based training for the past 20 years. As a trainer, she is certified as an NLP Practitioner as well as an Accelerated Learning Facilitator, specializing in personal leadership, communication and emotional intelligence.
Shadaitul Intan is a Certified EQ Assessor for SEI produced by Six Seconds Organisation. The SEI is a validated, effective test that measures EQ and equips people with a framework for putting emotional intelligence into action. SEI ("Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence" assessment) is used in 127 countries for a broad range of training, coaching, selection and development needs; there are numerous published cases on SEI's effectiveness and the norm base includes over 150,000 people.
As a Six Seconds Assessor, Shadaitul Intan is able to utilize a complete range of assessment tools and reports for individuals and teams around the world. In her training, she emphasizes the importance of mindset and attitude to create results in life. Apart from that, she uses a lot of elements of EQ to help participants be more effective with themselves and in communicating with others.
Intan is known in the industry to be a versatile trainer who can handle small and large crowd up to 200 participants per session. To date, she has trained more than 12,000 participants across the industry where her past participants comes from banking, manufacturing, retail, private education , IT, oil and gas and many more. Using the Accelerated Learning approach that incorporates gamification and with application of NLP principles, her participants raved about her high energy engaging sessions as a session that they enjoyed so much and learned a great deal at the same time.
She has trained thousands of Malaysians mainly on mindset change, leadership and communication. She has also been engaged to run a transformational programme for 1,500 employees of a bank and has also been engaged to train some teachers in Indonesia in 2014. Apart from that , she has run student’s programme for corporations’ corporate social responsibility initiatives.
