Are you rushed for time to the extent that you miss out on a yoga practice? Sometimes to go to do a class in a studio, can take 3 hours of your day. You have to drive in traffic, find a park, do a 90 minute class, shower then drive home. It takes dedication and TIME! But what if you just don't have that time? Does that mean you don't move your body at all? That's not good...Then this course is for you!
You can practice this Bikram Yoga Express class at home in 35 minutes. You will be guided by a qualified instructor in, through, and out of the postures by a video sequence. You will see how to get into and out of each posture as the instructor does it with you and you will hear the instructions clearly.
Easy to follow and easy to do. This is great for beginners who have never tried yoga, or those who have little time to get to class. Keep your body mobile and healthy with this little gem of a class.

Thank you for taking the time to find out a bit more about me. I moved from Scotland to Australia in 1986.
My early years were spent setting up businesses, training and mentoring sales people, working in advertising and marketing. I was a high acheiver and what most people think of as a success. I made great money, drove nice cars, wore beautiful clothes took clients overseas on 5 star trips, owned my own home….but I was not happy.
What did I do?
I went on a 25 year journey of discovery, doing courses where I opened the door to my heart where I cried, laughed, walked on burning coals, stood naked (yes literally) in front of fully clothed people to break down the walls I had built up, meditated and meditated, took every course I could on this search, spent thousands of dollars. I practiced 12 years of intense Bikram yoga ( the burning coals were easier) Listened to great teachers, elders and wise ones. I went to India again and again and again and sat at the feet of gurus and teachers. I meditated in Ashrams and visited holy sites. I did retreats, in silence whilst fasting or purging out toxins. I did sweat lodges, processes, and practices that would have me burned at the stake if it were another time…. I studied and studied and searched…..and all that I have found, I now share.
