Aloha! We welcome you to the first class of the HO'OPONOPONO Online Course. Let's introduce Ho'oponopono, this incredible art of Firgiveness and peace.
"Ho'oponopono fixes errors and mistakes. It cleans, fixes mistakes and brings light."
In this class, we discuss the true meaning of Ho'oponopono. Let's discover it together!
"Ho'oponopono helps us discover the divinity that lives inside of us."
Here, we explain the aim of Ho'oponopono and how through this technique we can achieve this connection between ourselves and the Divinity that dwells inside of us.
"Let the Unknown be known."
This is one of Ho'oponopono's famous sayings and it refers to the HUNA philosophy. HUNA means "that which we cannot see". So, Ho'oponopono helps us uncover the truth and bring light to every corner of our world.
According the Buddhist teachings, all of humanity's problems derives from man's separateness form nature.
Ho'oponopono helps us reflect upon this concept of dissociation and separateness both from the external world and the internal experience (where Divinity dwells).
This whole section is dedicated to the HUNA Philosphy. In this class, we explain HUNA's history and its influence in today's Ho'oponopono.
"We create our own reality."
This class is dedicated to HUNA's 14 Principles to change your view of the world and transform your reality.
"Thoughts attract their equivalent."
What are your thoughts today? Enjoy these 4 principles, rising our awareness to the focus of our daily thoughts and beliefs.
"The present is the fruit of the past and the seed of the future."
In order to have a better life, we need to get rid of old grass and roots that no longer help us grow. In this class, we explain the HUNA principles, from 8 to 11.
"All power comes form within."
In this class we talk about your power! We explain how you are 100% able to change the world that you live in, by changing your perspective and erasing old limiting memories.

In this class, we share a Ho'oponopono Traditional Ritual! We explain the beginnings of its practice and its development to the technique that is taught today.
In the class, we will talk about the founders of Ho'oponopono: Morrnah Simeona and Dr. Hew Len. Thanks to them, we are able to learn and practice Ho'oponopono today.
In this classs we share the incredible story of Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, the disciple of Morrnah Simeona.
In this section, we wil devote the classes to explaining what ALOHA means. Just like the word "Namaste", Aloha has a deeper, spiritual meaning that connects us to every form of existence. "Aloha Is A State Of Mind".
A = ALOHA
Aloha means Absolute True Love. This last letter stands for True Love and it encompasses all previous letters and their profound meanings.
Take a few minutes to listen to these 7 questions.
You do not need to answer these questions. But we would love for you to just reflect upon them, to drive your attention to your daily routine and practice.
"Each of our three minds is connected to the other by means of life force energy, called Mana."
In this class, we explain Ho'oponopono's view of the human mind and its function. According to Ho'oponopono, we all have 3 different minds and each is devoted to a specific manifestation of our being.
These numbers, 95 and 5, correspond to the funtioning of our minds. Memories are stored in of of these minds and for there, reality is created.
"Memories refer to the heap of negative thoughts, expectations and beliefs that are stored within our Unconscious Mind, our unihipili, our inner Child".
Listen to this class to learn more about Memories and how Ho'oponopono deals with these negative emotions and thoughts.
"Problems are nothing but negative emotions."
In order to solve our problems and fix our errors, we just need to erase these negative memories tied to negative emotions.
How do we erase memories? By applying the Ho'oponopono technique. This technique helps us cut the link between present and past painful memories which limit our present current experiences.
"We are overwhelmed by our past".
In this class, we share a powerful phrase by Morrnah Simeona about the meaning of our lives.
“I don't want to be at the mercy of my emotions. I want to use them, to enjoy them, and to dominate them.” ― Oscar Wilde
How do you go about your emotions? In this section we discuss how emotions work and how the Ho'oponopono technique can help you free your emotions.
“Your emotions are the slaves to your thoughts, and you are the slave to your emotions.” ― Elizabeth Gilbert, Eat Pray Love
Ho'oponopono helps you cut the cord between emotions and past memories, so the former can be freed and the latter cleaned.
“But feelings can't be ignored, no matter how unjust or ungrateful they seem.” ― Anne Frank, The Diary of a Young Girl
Emotions should never be repressed. On the contrary, Ho'oponopono encourages us to express our emotions in the best way we can, using the techniques to help us channel the energy into positive vibrations.
"... And it is done!"
OKIO has a deep meaning wich suggests that once the mistake has been fixed, our attention and energy is no longer needed. In Hew Len's words: "Let go and let God".
We want to know how you are doing!
Remember that you can reach us throught the students' forum or via private message.

The important thing is to reapeat these phrases of Gratitude, Forgiveness and Love (the three highest vibrating feelings).
OWAU NO KA "I" - "I" AM THE "I"
Morrnah's prayer to the I, the id (identity), the Cosmos and the Universe.
"I come forth from the void in to the light,
I am the breath that nurtures life"

What if the real cause of stress, emotional pain, and repeating life patterns wasn’t outside of you… but stored within your subconscious mind?
Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and inner cleansing that teaches exactly that — and gives you the tools to transform it.
In this course, you will learn how to use Ho’oponopono as a practical, grounded system for emotional healing, self-healing, and inner peace. Not as a concept, but as a daily practice you can apply to relationships, stress, anxiety, guilt, anger, self-sabotage, and limiting beliefs.
At its core, Ho’oponopono works by helping you take responsibility for what you experience internally — and from that place, release emotional memories that silently shape your thoughts, behaviors, and life results.
Through simple explanations and guided practices, you’ll discover how forgiveness is not about others — it’s about freeing yourself.
In this course, you will learn:
The true philosophy behind Ho’oponopono (beyond the surface phrases)
How subconscious memories influence emotions, relationships, and health
How to use the four healing phrases correctly and consciously
Practical techniques to release emotional blocks and inner resistance
How to apply Ho’oponopono to stress, anxiety, relationships, and self-worth
Daily rituals to cultivate clarity, calm, and emotional freedom
This course is designed for beginners and seekers alike. You don’t need prior experience in meditation, spirituality, or healing practices. Everything is explained in a clear, simple, and grounded way.
If you’re tired of repeating the same emotional patterns…
If you feel overwhelmed by stress or inner conflict…
If you’re ready to let go of the past without reliving it…
Ho’oponopono offers a gentle yet powerful path back to inner peace, balance, and personal transformation.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering who you are beneath the noise.
