    Thank you so much for joining me on this journey to teach you Home Staging 2 Sell! I am so excited to share everything I've learned over the course of my time working in Real Estate as either a Realtor, Stager, Photographer, and Home Flipper/Investor.


    Let me first introduce myself- my name is Michelle Rukny, I'm from Houston, Texas (born and raised) and I come from a diverse cultural background. My mother is Costa Rican (Pura Vida) and my father is Persian. I am a wife and mother of 2 young boys and love everything creative.


    I've been fortunate to be able to wear many hats when it comes to Real Estate. I started my career as a Realtor with KW. I then went on to work for a Top- Producing Agent in which I was responsible for 90+ listings at a time. Not only did I learn everything there was to know about investing for hedge funds but I began to get exposed to REAL FIXER UPPERS.


    My passion for renovating, selling, and staging continues to grow and this is why I've decided to make this course. I've learned so many lessons the hard way, that I thought I would put it all together in a fun, digestible way and let you SKIP those mistakes! I know what it's like to seek knowledge and not necessarily be able to leave home to get it. This course can be done from the comfort of your own home, anytime - day or night & at your own pace so relax and enjoy! ❤️
