With this course you will find exercises that can be done in a small space, with no equipment. There are a variety so that for those movements that seem a bit more challenging initially you can simply skip to the next one.
At times I offer levels so you can progress. Each section is complete in its own right, however some sections will complement other body complaints. I recommend working through it all once and then pick and choose as so desired. Consistently doing them will reap results.
