Description
You may have accrued a weakened core due to a sedentary lifestyle which many of us have experienced over 2020. You may have issues related to pelvic floor due to weight changes or childbirth. You may like myself, have had back pain from nursing and lifting injuries.
With this course you will find exercises that can be done in a small space, with no equipment. There are a variety so that for those movements that seem a bit more challenging initially you can simply skip to the next one.
At times I offer levels so you can progress. Each section is complete in its own right, however some sections will complement other body complaints. I recommend working through it all once and then pick and choose as so desired. Consistently doing them will reap results.

About Sophia Vandermeer
Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, NLP practitioner, Certified Life Coach, Author and Martial Artist.
Sophia has been working with those that have suffered abuse, and highly stressful relationships for the past 30 years. Initially as a registered nurse she witnessed the first hand effects of stress on patients. Her personal experiences enhance her understanding of what abusive relationships can look like from family, and professional all the way to romantic.
Her insight and empathy is used to help guide those that have lost their identity. She helps others that can’t quite put their finger on what isn’t right in their relationships or simply thoselooking for more coping strategies.
As a practitioner of NLP she will help guide you through the confusion that these toxic people can produce in your life. She addresses the physical and the psychological in helping you cope and the importance of self-love. Having worked as a Personal Trainer, and also Martial artist she understands the mind body connection and the importance of how the two interact.
In a course with Sophia you will gain knowledge on your unique situation but also be given tools to use everyday life. These will be applicable no matter your background or experiences. It may not always be right to walk away and disconnect from the situation you find yourself hence the importance guided instructions. Sophia believes that we should never judge and that we all do the best we can at that moment. Her aim is to always make that next moment better.
