He has been a competing bodybuilder, long distance runner and has spent some time in the “over weight” category.
Most recently, Atkinson has published several books in various fitness niches that have achieved best seller status in the UK and US.
James, or "Jim" to his readers, students and friends, has now turned his attention to the beginner to fitness and weight loss so he can be at the start of a fitness journey with his students and cross the finish line with them too!
