Hence I cover relaxation techniques, cognitive techniques, physical exercise, perception strategies - all the tool kit to get you ahead in your busy life. The key is to regularly practice these various types of techniques.

Mr Veera Varma is an MBA from Univ of Cambridge, UK and an NLP Master Practitioner. He currently is a partner/co-founder of a successful coaching business based out of India. He specialises in Business coaching and Wellness coaching.
He is a certified Yoga and badminton trainer, diploma in physical fitness and mindfulness practitioner. He runs various wellness programmes such as Stress Management, Healthy Work Balance, Mindfulness, Sports Mindset etc.. He is passionate about holistic wellness solutions involving mind, body and soul.
Prior to his coaching journey, he spent over 15 years globally working at various top tier investment banks, managing diverse teams as a change manager. He also mentors startups and small business owners in their success journey.
