My extensive background in elite sport has taught me the ins and outs of strength and conditioning, programming and technique. At Bath University, I trained under world class coaches, alongside Olympic athletes, while studying my degree in Sports Performance.

Winning national gold medals and setting regional all-time records; I know exactly how to train and make significant progress.

I have experience working with a wide range of ages and abilities, for a host of different goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness and sport specific training.
