Description

Chi is energy. The vital force of life in the Universe. Chi travels from the stars, planets and nature through the subtle bodies and animates the physical plane. When we work with Chi and feel its energy running through our physical and subtle bodies, we know from experience the substance of the Universe. We realize that this spirit flows through us physically and permanently. As we develop our own energy, we form a link to the greater parts of ourselves.

The Tao Yin Fa Series empowers the Chi of the organs by stretching the twelve acupuncture meridians. Each Qi Gong section includes breath work and mudras, as well as the inner work of sound and colour at the consciousness level. The synthesis of the colour, movement and sound wakes up and redirects Chi within the body.

This course will help you to activate your energy portals by bringing more Qi/Chi to your meridians, organs & more life into your energy system. Come and practice Qi Gong to activate your energies and empower your physical system into a more vital state of being.

Remember you are the creator of your universe and in each and every day we have the opportunity to make a difference to our daily lives. The Qi Gong postures increase the supply and flow of vital energy throughout the body, inducing calm, mental and emotional states with a variety of rejuvenating effects. The ancient Taoists believed Qi Gong increases longevity. Many of us put a lot of our life force into earning money but if your vital energy is depleted, we are often more prone to illness.

In the Elemental Resonance Higher Vibrational Being course we will learn to activate our key energy portals, building and expanding our connection to the Qi to our meridians, organs by bringing more life into our energy systems.

Connect and align with your vital energy by activating your energies and empowering your physical system into a more vital state of being.

The classes work on a system called the Tao Yin Fa Series inspired by Fabien Maman, which uses a combination of Sound, Colour and Movement. Working to empower the Chi of the organs by stretching the twelve acupuncture meridians.

When we work with Chi and feel its energy running through our physical and subtle bodies, we know from experience the substance of the Universe. We realize that this spirit flows through us physically and permanently. As we develop our own energy, we form a link to the greater parts of ourselves.

Your teacher Tracie Storey is the founder of Elemental Resonance, a platform for restorative vibrational sound healing, colour and movement therapy, conscious events, workshops and classes. She teaches and hosts sessions worldwide from London, Australia, Canada, Bali, Mexico, Peru to France. Tracie’s full spectrum approach to sound and vibrational healing has spanned an eclectic 20 years. Her approaches include Tama-Do, Vibrational Sound and Colour Therapy and Qi Gong lessons which are all key nodes in her practice. As a practitioner her sessions are instinctively tuned to the individual client ensuring that the most suitable healing modalities are offered. As a lecturer and workshop lead her skills stretch beyond the treatment room to include immersive group sound harmonisations and meditation classes.

Studying Bio Resonance since 2011, she qualified as a Tama-Do practitioner in 2014. Finding Tama-Do was evolutionary to her vibrational sound journey. This form of vibrational therapy transformed her way of working and through the work and research of Tama-Do Founder Fabien Maman, she learned more deeply about the healing power of sound, the teachings of Kototama, Astrology, the Sephirotic Tree and much more. Tama-do has been one of the inspirations behind her platform of Elemental Resonance.

Tracie’s vibrational sound foundation was established by exploring the transformative power of dance culture as a professional DJ and producer. She travelled extensively worldwide as a pioneering female DJ and then carved her niche in her own style of deep electronica and techno. This experience offered insight into the healing power of sound and technology inspiring her to embrace sound and vibrational healing as a life calling by searching out new teachers, mentors and training.

+ What is Qi Gong

Qi/Chi is energy. The vital force of life in the Universe. Qi travels from the stars, planets and nature through the subtle bodies and animates the physical plane. When we work with Qi and feel its’ energy running through our physical body, we know from experience the substance of the Universe. As we develop our own energy, we form a link with a deeper greater connection with ourselves.

Qi gong promotes wellness, connecting body, mind and soul in the journey towards optimal health, harmonic attunement and encourages you back to your most natural state of being. The movements install balance, deep relaxation and can be used to remedy stress. Come and practice Qi Gong to activate your energy system and empower your physical body into a more vital state of being.

Bio-Resonance & Vibrational Sound Therapy is rooted in oriental medicine and a philosophy which works with the meridian system, utilising tuning forks on specific parts of the body. It is a unique, energy based, non-invasive approach used in conjunction with colour therapy. Together their rich resonance and vibration restores vital Qi, promotes wellness, connecting body, mind and soul in the journey towards optimal health, harmonic attunement and encourages you back to your most natural state of being. As a vibrational sound therapist besides teaching Qi Gong, i offer one to one sessions to re -install balance, deep relaxation and to help remedy insomnia, stress and a wide variety of acute and chronic health conditions. The sessions use stainless steel tuning forks on both the face and the body, working with the meridians of the body as Chinese Medicine acupuncture points.

The Tao Yin Fa Series empowers the Chi of the organs by stretching the twelve acupuncture meridians. The synthesis of the colour, movement and sound wakes up and redirects Chi within the body.

The Tao Yin Fa series is divinely inspired yet grounded in Chinese Medicine and the 5 element theory and honors the Master's Lineage of Sensei Ueshiba and Sensei Nakazono who trained Tama Do Founder Fabien Maman of the Tama Do Academy. Qi Gong at the most basic level helps one to ground in daily life. Meditation is also part of the course as well as elements of Kototama - where we will empower our organs with voice and chi.

What is Qi Gong - history and lineage of this ancient Daoist Art
01:53

The Qi Gong movements help you to activate your energy portals by bringing more Qi/Chi to your meridians, organs & more life into your energy system.

The Tama-Do Tao Yin Fa Series I empowers the Chi of the organs by stretching the twelve acupuncture meridians using a unique sound, the associated element and a colour visualisation for each organ. The trinity of colour, sound and movement creates a powerful connection to source which, with practise, we can feel runs through us physically and permanently.

The movements are easily accessible and immensely beneficial and at the most basic level helps one to ground in daily life.

However Practice is KEY with Qi Gong.

Essentially practising Qi Gong helps us to keep the 5 elements in flow. For example if you work with your organs you get to create activate and empower them. Your Liver and Gall bladder are connected to the wood element, feed those and your forest will grown. Your Bladderand Kidney are connected to the water element - feed those and you have a more empowered water element, river or ocean.

You will also learn how to HANDLE EMOTIONS. By detoxing your organs regularly you will learn how to compose & delete toxic emotions and invite fresh new energy which helps you to feel more stable and more balanced.

If we suppress our emotions we can eventually become sick, so it's essential to clear out and clean the organs in this emotional and energetic way. If we keep repeating the same emotions we just create more copies of those emotions in our physical body and mind, whereas what we wish to do is delete these toxic emotions and reclaim our physical health and vital positive energy. So lets reduce any fear & shock in our kidneys and invite in stillness and gratitude.

Qigong is a powerful system of healing, an energy medicine from China. It is the art and science of using breathing techniques, gentle movement and meditation to cleanse, strengthen and circulate the life energy (qi).

Qigong practice leads to better health and vitality and a tranquil state of mind. It includes both dynamic and gentle techniques that can be practised from standing, seated, or supine postures and it is suitable for young & seniors.

The Bladder belongs to the element of WATER.

When in BALANCE

Gentleness, Stillness and Gratitude

When out of BALANCE

Fear and Shock

In this video we are DETOXING the Bladder Meridian on the Left Foot and then the Right Foot.

PLS TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING POINTS:

LEFT FOOT

ACTIVATE the left little toe which is where the fundamental point is that we are using, just at the bottom of the little toe

Point: BL66

You can bounce your little toe on the floor a few times, to get this activated.

Take most of the weight on your RIGHT leg, this strengthens your right leg and allows you to move your left leg easily from front to back. It's important to activate the point rather than putting too much weight on it.

The weight of your body needs to be held by your right leg.

Gently bend the RIGHT leg and tuck the LEFT foot under around the back so the little toe is still activating the Bladder meridian.

Try to synchronise both LEFT foot and RIGHT ARM on the out breath as you bring your foot back to the start position.

Repeat this 3 times on each side.

RIGHT SIDE

ACTIVATE the right little toe which is where the fundamental point is that we are using, at the bottom of the little toe

Point: BL66

You can bounce your little toe on the floor a few times, to get this activated.

Take most of the weight on your LEFT leg, this strengthens your LEFT leg and allows you to move your right leg easily from front to back. It's important to activate the point rather than putting too much weight on it.
