Description

Just like there are a variety of test takers, there are a variety of test taking strategies. This course was designed to help aid in the thought process when taking the TEAS test so that hopefully we will be successful nurses and other medical professionals one day. The TEAS exam is not a simple one, but with time, concentration, and focusing on what is asked, passing the exam is not out of the option. The TEAS exam is proctored by ATI and may be taken online as well as in-person. Reading has 45 questions, Math has 38, Science has 50, and English and Language Usage has 37. When the exam is complete you should get your score report at the end and it will detail what areas you did well on and what areas you did not. This is what I used to help me focus more on what was needed to improve. Content covered on the TEAS is as follows:

  • Key ideas and details (15)

  • Craft and structure (9)

  • Integration of knowledge & ideas (15)
