My name is Gillian, I’m a Self-Care Teacher, empowering my students to take responsibility and aligned action in support of their Highest potential. My primary background comes from having worked for many years as a nutritionist and yoga teacher but as I have evolved, so have the ways that I can help others. Today, I combine these strengths with spiritual mentoring to help my clients become the best version of themselves they can possibly be.
But my life hasn't always been butterflies and rainbows (no one's ever is!), I too come from a history of self-abuse in its highest form. However, all the while, I knew deep down that my pain and suffering served a greater purpose, and that I would be able to help others through their own 'dark night of the soul'.
Today, I specialize in guiding others to love, care for, and respect their spiritual power; to BLOOM into the fullness of their being. My intent is to inspire positive change in your life and inevitably impact everyone around you with the wake of your transformation. As a guide to the deep inner work necessary to find peace and freedom, I will help you to uncover parts of yourself that you've long forgotten about and welcome them back into wholeness. Like with my one-on-one clients, I invite you under my wing and I will support you as you learn to set yourself FREE. I will share with you the insight and exercises that helped me go from the strip club to self-love (and I will share more of my story along the way too!).
