In this course, we pair the science of nutrition and behavior change with tarot and witchcraft to lose weight, get healthy, and live a more magical life. Learn nutrition and wellness strategies to help you get healthy and lose weight. Use witchy spells and tarot spreads to find the magic in your wellness transformation. Habit formation and behavior change can be challenging. By using witchy rituals and introspective tarot spreads, you can enjoy the process of getting healthy.
Each section has tarot spreads, step-by-step magical spells, and grimoire writing prompts. Wellness and yoga challenges are spread throughout to help you change your wellness habits. Hello there! I'm Julia, and I believe that we can use witchcraft AND science to get healthy, lose weight, and find true wellness. I am a certified nutrition coach, Vinyasa and Yin trained yoga instructor, long-time tarot card reader, and eclectic book witch.
