Welcome to the programe Healthy spine.

This program will allow you to straighten your spine, your spine muscles and further maintain your spine health.

The program contains series of detail explained basic poses, that are good for your spine, so this program can be used by  beginners, long-term practitioners and people with back pain. It's great for beginners to get to know the poses and what yoga really is. For those who have been practicing yoga for a long time to warm up and maintain the health of their spine. For those with problems and pains in the spine to eliminate them.

Next to the basic poses there are also explained poses that are done with a wall and with weights. All these poses help you to straighten, strengthen and maintain the health of your spine. It is explained in detail how to enter the pose, how to hold it and how to get out of the pose. Each explanation is followed by a picture where you can see how the pose should look.

In addition to all the poses explained in detail, you will also receive 10 sequences that you can do. After this you will have enough knowledge to combine exercises yourself and maintain the health of your spine.
