A woman menstruates about 300 to 400 times in her lifetime. Her entire life is affected not only during her menses but also by the changes in her body, her hormones and temperature throughout the month. Ayurveda offers a great understanding of menstruation, the changes during the month and the causes of menstrual imbalances like Pre-Menstrual Syndrome, Painful periods, Fibroids and heavy/intermittent periods to name a few.

Ayurveda has a great understanding of what happens to a woman's body during menopause and how she can prepare herself and reduce the symptoms of hot flashes, poor sleep, bone density issues and more.
