I will also teach you some simple mindful techniques such as deep breathing, mindful eating, meditation or tapping, to manage stress so you can have more energy and sleep peacefully. As a Certified Eating Psychology Coach, I'm providing strategies and tools to incorporate simple changes into your busy day and how to inspire others to do the same.
