Do you want to keep your feet and posture healthy?
Are you keen on dancing but face mobility and flexibility issues?
This course is designed for those who are interested in improving their feet and legs health, mobility, and posture. It does not matter whether you are a beginner or a professional, as each exercise targets specific muscles. Video instructions are easy to follow and are performed by professional, experienced dancer and choreographer.
Through the variety of exercises included in five sections, you will learn how to keep your feet healthy from hips to heels.
After the introductory lesson in Section 1, we will move to Section 2, where we will go up and down with your heels, roll toes and feet, and even try some ballet techniques. In Section 3, we will focus on our calves stretching and strengthening them. In Section 4, our main goal will be hamstring muscles, as we will learn how to stretch, bend, and increase their mobility. As we move to Section 5, we will deal with posture and balance, improving them with different exciting and rewarding training. At the end of the course, you will master rope jumping techniques that will energize you and motivate you for future endeavors in ballet footwork.
Throughout this course, your overall physical endurance will increase. You will feel better when walking or standing for a long time. By the end of the course, your posture and flexibility are going to improve, as well as your mood.

Instructor
Diana Khegay is a Dancer and Choreographer from Tashkent, Uzbekistan. She is a winner of numerous international dance competitions among professionals in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the USA. She performed on stage of the Central Asia's largest opera and ballet theater - Uzbekistan State Opera and Ballet Theater named after Alisher Navoiy.
As a choreographer Diana has been working with all sorts of students, including professionals and amateurs. To share her experience with a larger audience, Diana commenced a YouTube Channel, where she uploads her traditional folk Uzbek choreography videos, as well as contemporary dancing and educational videos for those who wish to be fit and enjoy dance.
