Description
Healthy Boundaries for Overwhelmed Women is designed to teach women, in particular, how to set and maintain healthy boundaries in order to reduce their stress levels. Too often, as a woman you allow yourself to take on too much, to spread yourself too thin, to feel unloved, and to skip on self-care.
The false premise for doing so is that women are supposed to "sacrifice" their needs for others. And unfortunately females are not taught healthy boundaries growing up. The reality is that poor boundaries lead to depression, anxiety, anger, overwhelm, and poor health.
The Healthy Boundaries for Overwhelmed Women course gives you a deep dive into the components of setting and maintaining appropriate boundaries to improve your health and reduce your stress.
Who this course is for:
- Women
- Women who are stressed out
- Women who are depressed

Glen Alex is the author of Living in Total Health, now in its 2nd edition. Her mission is to help people be more joyful, connected, confident and complete. This is a life experience she refers to as Wellth: Health + other riches in life. Glen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who delivers counseling and coaching services and is the guiding spirit behind The Glen Alex Show, Healthy Boundaries for online courses, and other services in fulfillment of her transformative mission.
Glen’s path to health began in childhood with boundaries. She was so engaged by the nuance of interaction and took keen mental notes of when people smiled, when they cringed, and when emotional pain consumed their faces. The youngest of 10, Glen learned to say "no" after experiencing mounting frustration from being taken advantage of by elders. She then realized that healthy boundaries are crucial for personal health, wellbeing, and relationships. Glen moved from watching, to learning, to experiencing, to teaching boundaries and matters of health.
