Instructors
I'm a home chef from the Philippines who now lives in Japan. We love to travel around Japan and we prefer to stay long in each visit so I can continue to learn and create recipes from each place that we go to. Most of the cooking class I teach on Udemy are simple, traditional and Japanese-inspired dishes.
We established this company called Haamalu LLC in Tokyo (registered in 2013). Luckily, Online Advertisement Department hit the market and eventually we don't need to think about money anymore at all.
Depending on our mood, we change places to live in every 3 months and subjects to study. No Alarm, No Boss, No worry. This simple life is really awesome. Let us share these idea with you.
2013年4月に西麻布/六本木で会社(登記名:Haamalu合同会社)を立ち上げました。運良く、同年11月にメディア事業/広告事業が軌道に乗り始め、ありがたいことにお金の心配を一切しなくてよくなりました。それ以降は奥さんと一緒に毎月住む場所(国、地域)を変えながら旅を続けています。過去15ヶ月の間に住んだ場所:ネブラスカ、ニューヨーク、シカゴ、サウスカロライナ、モントリオール、バンクーバー、トロント、パタヤ、バリ島、ギリ島、宜野湾、阿波池田、大歩危、彦根(いずれも30日ずつ)。
(追記)カナダのモントリオールにいるときに奥さんの妊娠が発覚したので、今はおとなしく石垣島で隠居生活をしています。ほぼ毎日、米原ビーチでシュノーケルをしているので見かけたら声をかけてください。
