Tailored especially to learners undertaking U.K. QCF (former NVQ) Health and Social Care Awards, this introductory session in healthcare Healthcare Procedures & Issues discusses the delivery of care in the hospital or home setting, and the processes and precautions the practitioner should take, including issues of consent, capacity, documentation and record-keeping.
