Indeed, interviews can be very stressful and nerve-wrecking but all of that can be eliminated by thorough preparation. Of course, you cannot be prepared or predict every single question but you can develop strategies how to handle various scenarios and have examples ready to provide.

This material has been structured and prepared based on real-life interviews that we facilitate on weekly basis. These are real scenarios and hypothetical questions that we ask during the interviews for IT Project Manager with the Healthcare industry experience. Lastly, the following material includes specific answers and examples for how to answer the most complicated questions. You will have an opportunity to review these examples and use some of those for your own answers.

The very last section will provide an opportunity to practice and participate in real-life simulation interview.
