My friend,
I am Dr. Clement Ng, founder of TCM and You from Singapore.
This course is designed to introduce health betterment tips through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), with a focus on the changing seasons and solar terms. Beginning with the start of Summer in the northern hemisphere (around May 6th), you’ll discover how TCM principles can help prevent and manage various health issues commonly triggered by seasonal transitions.
You’ll learn to recognize signs and symptoms of common seasonal illnesses and implement preventive measures to maintain well-being for both yourself and your loved ones.
Since its launch in 2021, this course has been regularly updated, including timely guidance on managing COVID-19 from a TCM perspective across different stages of the pandemic.
By the end of the course, you will have a solid understanding of foundational TCM concepts and how to apply them in everyday life to stay healthy throughout the year. Specific attention will be given to preventing damp-heat-related symptoms such as skin conditions, digestive discomfort, headaches, and fatigue. You’ll also receive practical advice on COVID-19 prevention and recovery support using TCM methods.
Prevention is the foundation of health betterment. I periodically share updates on emerging health trends and recommend actions we can take to stay resilient in response to changes in climate, lifestyle, and environment.
I’m confident this course will equip you with valuable insights and actionable tips to boost your vitality and improve your overall health. I look forward to seeing you in the student area and supporting you on your wellness journey.
To greater health,
Dr. Clement Ng
