Students will have to have in interest in developing a meditation practice or at least a desire to try meditating.
Visualization is a very powerful type of meditation. The trans-formative nature of visualization invites a shift in perception which is the final aspect of healing.This course is made up of ten individualized guided visualizations. Each visualization covers a specific emotional subject. I have chosen ten of the most common emotional issues that people are most often challenged with.

There is no prior experience required. After each video ends students are encouraged to remain in a meditative state contemplating what they have heard and deciding how it can enhance their own life experience.
