During the course, I will be using Light Language codes.

These codes will activate your remembrance of your mission and spark you into a deeper understanding of who you are. They may trigger an emotional response. If so, it is quite normal. Please observe your reactions. Push through your mind to receive the codes to enable you to deepen into the guidance given.

Understanding the rise of your vibration in your healing journey creates shifts within you. This is called the ascension, within your mind, body, and soul, you will get perceived experiences of chaos to shift you into the new. We must let go to rise.

The template is a program or frequency that creates lessons of duality within the matrix. This field of energy gives you experiences, but through manipulations of outer forces, we have been programmed into our minds and bodies only. It is now time to reset, rebirth into an inner standing and brake free from the illusion.

Sit in the centre and you will see everything from here.

We are a projection of the Light within. To see your Light and feel your Light, we must be open to Rise into oneness.

Being aware of your energy and being sensitive to other people and environments will effect how you are feeling.

This is empathic response. Be empowered to see this as a gift, strengthen your energetic field and amplify your energy.

Sometimes there are deeper blocks in your system, we can go in and invoke them to be seen. Keep going deeper into your blocks and they will eventually shift. Be patient and set strong intentions.

There are many tools to shift you into higher levels of consciousness.

Having and holding this visualization will assist you in your healing journey.

Move the energy from the higher point of accessible creation, down through your physical and energetic field. Create a flow of energy that helps keep you balanced in your emotional states and body.

The joints of your body holds dense energy. There are several points to consider when healing both your physical and emotional body. Remember the central column of light and allow the energy to move through you.

The energy around and in the knee joint holds an energy of suppression.

Using Love energy from your Heart, you can dissolve dense energy in your physical and energetic bodies. Always fill up your energy first before you assist others.

Your Higher Self is you. Let us explore this subject deeper.

Let your body move when it needs, to flush through your density. Remember to use your breath and intentions to rise into the Light.

Time to Normalize your reality as you shift into your greater knowing. You ego will surrender to the process and allow you to go deeper. Take charge of your mind, rather than your mind controlling you.

You heal throughout all time and space, in all realms, and dimensions. This untanglement to so expansive.

Pieces of ourselves get lost, now is the time to reconnect and draw yourself back into oneness.

Healing the physical body and the mind, shift into reclaiming back your sovereignty of Light.

You are not your body, you are the Light essence within the body.
