My name is Elena Anfimova. I am originally from Ukraine, I came to the States for my MBA at Wharton almost twenty years ago. I have been in finance for most of my career. I have had my heart massively broken three times.
I know what your pain is like. I have spent a decade suffering, agonizing and longing. The first heartbreak took me 5 years to move on, and the last took three. I learned the lesson of Self Love through indescribable pain and suffering. But you don’t have to suffer as much, you can learn from me, go straight to the gift part.

The course consists of 3 Modules: 1. Wiping the slate clean. 2. Shedding your Old Self. 3. Building a New You.
When you are heartbroken, in pain, miserable, the last thing you want to do is to take a course. You just want to nurse that pain. That’s because a part of you wants to hold on to that pain, a part of you that still hopes to reconcile with the “love of your life”.
That part is called ego. Ego is a great driver. It helps us accomplish things. But in this case it’s not playing on your team. It’s playing on its own team.
Ego’s objective here is two fold. First, it wants a revanche. It hopes to “win”. It hopes to turn that person around and prove to them that you are the catch. At the very least, make them regret to have let you to get away. Second, Ego likes the status quo. Even if that status quo is heartache. It wants to hold on to it, because it knows it. It is something familiar, something it can control.
But you are more than your Ego. You can set it aside, and choose what is best for You.
If you hold on to the pain, think about all the wasted years, not living your life fully, not being able to open your heart to new love, not being 100% available and free from the past.

Your intention must be strong. It has to resonate with you. I am sharing how I set my intention to love myself. Hope it's helpful!

It's very normal to keep thinking about that person. Your mind just naturally wanders to them. The range can be big, you can miss them or you can obsess with them. But the point is, YOUR FOCUS IS ON THEM.
To move on, you have to shift focus back ON YOURSELF. Where attention goes, energy flows.
You need closure to move on. If you have not had closure, no wonder you cannot move on.
After my first breakup I had waited FIVE years to get closure. I suffered throughout those five years. I could not be with anybody else. I sabotaged all new relationships, because deep down I could only think about THAT man. Whoever I was with, I could not be with them FULLY. I had constantly wished that I was with HIM.
That’s a major waste of time. Life is too short. Do not waste yours. Get closure.
If the person is not available to talk to you, you can get closure without.
Ego can be strongly opposed to you getting closure: "I will make a fool of myself!" or "it's embarrassing!"... You will not, and it is not. Putting yourself out there is a sign of strength not weakness.
The Lesson of Love, Self Love is the most important gift of heartbreak. Other people are mirroring us back to us. So this person was shining the light on those parts of you that you do not love!

Feel your feelings, get on the floor... It’s time to let that pain out. I know that you’ve tried to manage it. Pull yourself together. It’s commendable. But all it does is keeping the pain inside your body. Let it out.
Cutting the cords exercise is very popular in many healing practices. It will help you cut your karmic connection with this person. It will make it easier for you to move on.

Forgiveness is a very powerful tool for wiping the slate clean and moving on. Please do this exercise asap and you will notice feeling a lot lighter and better.

Welcome to Module 2. Shedding your Old Self! This is a very important module, because it will take you one step closer to Self Love. It is exactly when we see our own pain, our vulnerability that we feel compassion towards ourselves and begin to feel love towards ourselves.
Limiting beliefs about ourselves and the world is what prevents us from receiving love. They make us feel small, deprive us of our birth right, Love.
Do you really want to spend your life, guided by your unconscious limiting beliefs??
These were my limiting beliefs. Use them as an example to examine yours.
How you can shed your limiting beliefs and become ready for new love.
My personal favorite to work with and shed limiting beliefs is regressions: age regressions and past life regressions. I love them because they are focused, fast, and effective. You can do them anytime anywhere, as long as you have internet connection.
All roads lead to Rome! Choose the practice that resonates with you, find a practitioner you trust, and enjoy the work. It can be the most rewarding work of all! Getting to know yourself.

Feeling your feelings is a foundation of Self Love. Practice feeling your feelings and identifying what you feel.
Observing your feelings is a must for achieving Self Love. Observation is the Step #1 to understanding.
Tuning into your feelings opens doors for self love. That's why feeling your feelings is so important.
Even if your brain gets stuck on Shoot FM, your heart is always on Love FM. Tune into that station to cultivate Self Love.
