Over the years, more and more of my clients have been suffering from mysterious diseases like chronic fatigue, long covid and burn out. These symptoms respond very well to the ancient and proven Chinese practice of qigong.  Qigong also prevents future diseases and makes ageing much easier compared to the suffering that we may have seen in our older relatives.

You may like to know why and how qigong actually facilitates healing. Those kinds of explanations are almost impossible to find among traditional and modern qigong teachers. I therefore have put together for you an article that explains to you exactly the mechanisms and reasons why these odd-looking, arm-waving exercises actually heal the body.
