    We begin each practice with tuning in mantra ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO (3 times), which means "I bow to divine wisdom within".

    Then we chant protection mantra:

    AD GUREY NAMEH
    JUGAD GUREY NAMEH
    SAT GUREY NAMEH
    SIRI GURU DEVAY NAMEH

    I bow to the Primal Wisdom

    I bow to the Wisdom of all the ages

    I bow to the True Wisdom

    I bow to the Great Invisible Wisdom


    This practice can be used to prevent depression as well as to treat it. It is especially useful if depression is accompanied by anxiety and fatigue.

    This meditation:

    ▸ Balances the hemispheres of the brain

    ▸ Provides clarity of mind

    ▸ Increases blood supply to the brain

    ▸ Moves the serum in the spine

    If you do this meditation right before going to bed every night, you will feel rejuvenated and happy the next day. You will be extremely creative, and new ideas will flow to you. Moreover, you will find it easy to implement them.

    Practice it for 40 days or longer.
