Traditional Hatha Yoga Triology
What you'll learn
- The application of true, traditional Hatha yoga - Moon, Sun, and Fire sequences - culminating in a deeper understanding of yoga and tantra.
- None. Although some yoga asana experience is certainly helpful. If you have props, do have them on hand with you.
If you’re craving more depth out of your yoga experience - even to the degree that you’ve considered doing a teacher training to get that richness - this traditional hatha yoga trilogy is for you.
True hatha yoga is based on the principle applications of Lunar, Solar, and Fire practices - both of which integrate asana and pranayama.
This course offers an intro to each sequence, giving you greater insight and richness to your practice. Then, you have unlimited access to the sequences themselves to have a direct experience of these teachings.
