Students will be required to research for Job Ads with Job positions at a reception area in an office at Job websites and Newspapers. They will use these Job Ads to identify, highlight the Hard and Soft skills that are listed as duties, responsibilities, requirements, and skills. The Job Ads will be used to complete their Homework assignments and bring them to class the experience they had in finding Job Ads, which office positions they found, how they identified the Hard and Soft skills, what they have learned, and the importance of having these skills to meet the requirements for applying for job, upgrading skills in a current job, or obtaining a Certificate or degree as a requirement for work. This will help overcome the fear of losing their Jobs and labeled as “not the right fit” or not having the personality that is required for the job.
