The module encapsulates Marching trends of learning has had its toll with the manipulation of Teachers’ Choice and their expertise of knowledge. The initiative is towards activating a student oriented rather than a task oriented classroom. This  requires more of a connect, a relationship with the student and at times apologizing to students as a learning moment. As a teacher, it is our prime requisite to make progress visible, adjust grading practices, model desired habits and don’t get carried away with the politics of the school, the students and the parents. The enclosing component is the module. The exploitation of Teachers' Choice and the knowledge and competence of its employees has had a negative impact on marching trends in learning. The goal of the effort is to transform the classroom into one that is focused on the students rather than the tasks. This calls for a deeper connection, a relationship with the student, and, at times, an apology to students as a learning opportunity in itself. Do not get caught up in the politics of the school, the students, or the parents; your primary responsibility as a teacher is to make students' progress apparent, to alter grading systems, to model the behaviors you like to see in your students, and to avoid burnout. The module is the component that encloses the other components. Learning educational patterns have been negatively affected as a result of Teachers' Choice being exploited, along with the knowledge and expertise of its personnel. The transformation of the classroom into an environment in which the students, rather than the activities, are the primary emphasis is the primary purpose of the endeavor. This asks for a more meaningful connection, a relationship with the student, and sometimes even an apology to students as a learning opportunity in and of itself. Do not get caught up in the politics of the school, the kids, or the parents; as a teacher, your main role is to make the progress that students are making evident, to reform grading systems, to model the behaviors that you would want to see in your students, and to prevent burnout.
