Description
This Happiness Journal Course is all about keeping your vibrations high. With 52 weekly exercises you will be able to find the inspiration within yourself for a happy life. This course and the exercises will spark you to live your life consciously and to appreciate and learn from everything that life throws at you. Being and staying happy is a journey and something I would like to encourage you to work on consciously. Happiness comes from within but sometimes we need to create tools to stay in that happy mindset. This course is great to do just that.
Are you struggling with anxiety, stress or depression, the exercises in this course will be a great tool to use on your way to recovery. The quest for happiness and self-love is an ongoing journey and with this weekly Happiness Journal you will enjoy every moment of that journey.
For this course you will need a notebook of choice and a pen. During the video lectures I will instruct which other items you will need.
