In this course you learn how to balance on your hands and how to build a solid foundation for your handstand practice.
The course structure is built in a way that both, complete beginners and people with previous handstand experience can benefit from.
In this course you learn how to safely balance on your hands. We first look at each body part's role in a handstand. For example: "Where do I look", "What means open shoulders"? Once we've set a common language and understanding of the recommended alignment and handstand technique, you find first handstand exercises at the wall and free standing. To make your handstand practice safe in the long run, this Handstand Guide comes accompanied with warm-up and strength exercises for your wrists and shoulders. Nothing can stop you! What are you waiting for, start your handstand journey today.
