Hi there,
here is a quick intro into how you can use this material.
This Handstand Guide is not a follow along course, it's a library of exercises which will help you to start balancing on your hands. You can use this Handstand Guide to get new inspiration and put together your own training plan, or you can follow a suggested training plan which comes with it. Attached you find a 4-week training plan. If you're a complete beginner, keep doing the suggested exercises of week 1 during a longer period of time to first build up the strength in your forearms and fingers to protect your wrists. If you're a bit more experienced, you can go through it as suggested and spend a bit longer with the programme of week 3 and week 4.
Remember to always listen to your own body and go in your own speed.
If you have any questions about the exercises or the trainings plan, please contact me: kerstin@cameo-acrobatix.net
Wish you a happy training!
