I am a biochemical engineer and food safety and quality engineer graduated in Hungary. I studied a lot about food safety, food microbiology, food analysis and quality management at universities for years. I feel lucky to be able to work in the food industry because I can contribute to providing safe and good quality foods for the consumers. I hope Udemy will be a helpful platform to spread my knowledge and experience with other members of the food industry. I am also looking towards to learn new skills from udemy courses.
