She is a qualified Happiness Coach and has many added qualifications: the science of happiness, mindfulness, NLP and Clinical Hypnotherapy. It was through her own journey to discovering intrinsic happiness, (which is the happiness from within we all have). that lead her to focus on happiness, she has always known at her core that we all just want to be happy and live a fulfilling life.
