I got into self improvement and the idea of making progress when I was 17. I began lifting weights and seeing positive differences for the first time in my life.
This was inspiring to me as a young man who had only spent time grinding hard on levelling up in video games, eating junk food and not doing much else.
I pride myself on achieving the transformation of a lifetime in just a few years.
I did a complete 180, from Zero to Hero, Simp to Pimp.
It would be cool for me to be laid back and make it out like all of this was easy and natural for me.
It was not. I struggled a lot. I learnt a lot.
And now I am so grateful to have found my purpose, to teach others the most valuable knowledge that I learnt.
I really like the idea of the Pareto principle, the 80/20 rule. It is said that 80% of results come from just 20% of actions. My goal is to teach you the most important, valuable things that I do myself (the 20%) to fast track your personal development.
It took me 6 years to achieve everything I have. I want to get you there in half that time.
