
This lecture explains that when you were born, you were given loads of confidence and you were put in control of your life.
However, over the years bad experiences and bad decisions can knock a person's confidence and that person can become a different person, more shy and unwilling to be who they should or want to be.
This lecture explains that you were given Choice, as one of the Universal Laws, to be whoever you want to be and that includes the choice of being happy or sad, smiley or moany or even confident or suffering from a lack of confidence.
This is important no one can take your confidence away, and this lecture explains that you can give it away. If you are unconfident that is what has happened and this guided meditation will allow you to take back that confidence.
Confidence is an expression of who you really are. So the in this lecture I question you and ask you what you will do with this new confident you. And you have to be able to answer it.
The reason is as follows.
Imagine going into a large sweet shop and there are 55,000 varieties of sweets and the shop keep asks what you would like and you say "I don't know". You would end up leaving with nothing, because you were unable to choose which ones you really wanted.
It is the same with confidence. If you want to be confident you must know what you will do with that confidence in the same way as knowing which sweets you would buy. This lecture helps you define that.
This lecture explains stage 1 of the guided meditation.
I get you to image the biggest TV in the world and you get to watch yourself as a child with all the confidence in the world. You then see yourself now and you can see the difference and how you have changed.
Next, I get you watch yourself with all the confidence in the world and how you with this SUPER confidence walk, talk and stand. This is the new SUPER powerful you.
I then give you an exercise to do in the meditation that is really powerful and will put you back in control of your life. It only involves four sentences and you will become SUPER confident.
This is the new you and this is the first stage of putting you in control of your life.
This is stage 2 of the guided meditation and I am working with you at a feeling or soul level.
In this lecture I get you to build your new persona on the big TV screen. You will see this amazing NEW YOU, how you will walk, how you will talk, stand and how strong you now are. You will see this new persona in the real world and just how amazing you are.
It is like having a megaphone and you will be able to shout 'this is me, I am strong, I am confident and I can do anything I want.'
This lecture creates your new persona and you become who you want to be or possibly the person that you used to be.
Here's a problem.
It is easy to do a guided meditation and feel great, but then when you go back into the real world something happens, your confidence is knocked and you are suddenly back to your old unconfident you. That way is a complete waste of time.
That is why as part 3 of the this guided meditation I introduce three trigger words that immediately lock in the feelings associated with the new confident you to YOU. This is important because when you go into the real world and something happens, all you need to do is say the three trigger words and you are back to feeling that confident personal as part of the meditation.
The more time you are this new confident you, the quicker it becomes permanent. Therefore you might need to use the trigger words more in the first few days to keep you totally locked in.
Soon the SUPER confident you is permanent and you are in control of your life.
This is the final lecture and provides a summary of every key points in the previous lectures.
