This is a colourful guided journalling workshop, a truly magical, uplifting experience which will change your world.

Following the life cycle of the butterfly as inspiration for your transformation, you will be calmly guided and supported as you start to work through some of what is holding you back in life. You will start to create new beliefs about who you are and gain self-confidence as you realise how amazing you already are. Finally you will design what you want your life to look like then feel motivated to take strong action towards that vision.
