Description

Conventional posture instruction often defines “good posture” as simply standing upright with your body aligned vertically with the ground.

However, this is not truly ideal.

'Truly good posture' is a stable posture achieved by balancing your body.

It improves body flexibility, and allows you to exert force with less effort.

To achieve this posture, you need to tune in to your body - in other words, pay close attention to your internal sensations.

The key is to find the point where strain is naturally released.

At this point, your body finds balance, and the ground reaction force flows through you.

This upward force makes movement more efficient and contributes to the energizing effect.

By releasing unnecessary strain, this posture can also help prevent or reduce physical pain.

Moreover, it can enhance athletic performance and promote mental relaxation.

This course include methods such as:

・Cultivating the sense of the ground reaction force passing through your body

・Achieving balance between your left and right feet

・Correcting the lateral tilt of your spine

・Achieving balance on the arches of your feet

・Correcting the posterior tilt of your pelvis and lumbar spine

・Correcting the anterior or posterior tilt of your neck and head
