Learn about the small device that goes under your skin and prevents pregnancy for several years. We’ll talk about how it works and what to expect.
A guide to your options after unprotected sex or contraceptive failure—including how and when to use emergency pills and what they do (and don’t do).
I’ll explain both hormonal and non-hormonal IUDs—how they’re placed and how long they last.
This includes male and female condoms, as well as other physical methods that block sperm. Learn how they work, when to use them and why they’re great for STI protection too.
These are lesser-known methods, often used with barriers like condoms or diaphragms. We'll explain how they help stop sperm.
Learn how these reusable (diaphragm/ cap) or disposable (sponge) devices are used and what makes them a good (or not-so-good) choice.
