This session introduces the course, explains its grounded approach to magic, and invites you to begin with intention, reflection, and curiosity rather than expectations of specific outcomes.
Day 1 focuses on cleansing in both the physical and psychological sense. We begin by creating space in our homes and our minds, practicing forgiveness, and making room for things that bring us greater joy and intention.
Lesson 2 focuses on inviting more joy, beauty, and intention into your life. Rather than concentrating on what you're removing, this lesson encourages you to notice what you love, bring meaningful objects and experiences into your environment, and create space for the things that make you feel more connected, peaceful, and inspired.
This lesson explores how magic connects us to larger traditions, communities, and histories while encouraging us to reflect on what activities, beliefs, and practices feel meaningful in our own lives.
Magic works best when we focus on what we can influence rather than what we can control. The goal isn't to force outcomes—it's to participate in our lives with intention, hope, and awareness.
Lesson 5 is about getting clear on what you actually want. Through vision boards, reflection, and simple spell writing, you'll begin refining your desires into meaningful intentions that align your attention, actions, and energy toward the life you want to create.
Lesson 6 is about adding energy to your intentions. Through movement, voice, ritual, and focused action, you'll learn how to bring your intentions out of your head and into the world while identifying and removing barriers that may be standing in your way.
Lesson 7 is about intentionally making space for rest and reflection. As you conclude the course, you'll reflect on what you've learned, identify the practices that resonate with you, and remember that taking care of yourself is an important part of any magical practice.
Thank you for joining me on this adventure. This cycle can begin again and again when you need it.
Have you ever felt drawn to magic, but struggled to connect with the extremes?

Rather than focusing on supernatural claims, you'll learn how rituals can help you clarify your goals, focus your attention, create meaningful habits, and bring more joy and wonder into your daily life.
Throughout the course, you'll explore physical, psychological, and magical exercises designed to help you build a personalized practice that feels authentic, accessible, and sustainable.
